Survival: How ?

We are state subsidised, but unfortunately this only touches the tip of the iceberg. We are as a result highly dependent on the kindness and good will of community and business.

Our permaculture vegetable and fruit tree planting projects aim to make us self-sufficient. Our chicken rearing project, like the vegetables and fruit, are part of the skills training program, and they put food on the table in our hostels, which helps lower our hostel fees. (See our Needs Page)
